How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Acnera. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to the app Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at support@acnera.app and we'll delete everything within 30 days.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at support@acnera.app with a description of the issue and your device model. Screenshots are always helpful!
